âž½ Any public or private office has the option of providing copies of records to the Record Keepers. Hall of Records welcomes any documents needing to be filed, copied and secured.
âž½ Heads of Castes have the option of forwarding caste related records to the Hall of Records. Commonly, most High Castes have their own record keeping system, managed by their own staff, or they might hire a scribe to handle records.

âž½ Scribes are permitted to use forms of their own creation as long as record keeping criteria is followed.
âž½ All privately owned slaves should be registered with the scribes.
âž½ The Hall of Records is operated by the Subcaste of Record Keepers and is located in four floor of the Library of Telnus. Copies of documents of utmost importance are kept in more restrictive places.

What is a Record Keeper?

A Record Keeper is able to file basic documents. In some cases Record Keepers forward citizens to scribes with more knowledge about a particular document that needs certifications, or scribes designated to a particular service. A Record Keeper may be hired by other castes, businesses, slave houses, mercantile or companies to handle records.
